the location was superb as it was convenient to get to everything I wanted to see and do. the room was spotless and spacious, and the bathroom had all the amenities I needed. the service was exceptional from the welcoming staff, especially Thabsile and the helper. They were always available and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. the breakfast menu was a highlight, including a hot full English meal, fruit, and bottled water for snacking during the day. Although I wished there was a door to provide more privacy in the bathroom, it was my only qualm about the hotel.

I felt safe with excellent security, peaceful and quiet atmosphere, delicious breakfast, well-managed establishment, friendly staff.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was the best decision we made. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to all the major attractions and shopping centers. Although we enjoyed the pool area and easy access to everything, we didn't like that there was no tag to open the gate. Whenever we wanted to leave the hotel, we had to disturb the staff to open the gate for us, which was not safe.
